Can’t run? Why not walk? “End Hunger: Walk the World” is an annual event to raise money and awareness for World Food Programme’s efforts to fight child hunger and malnutrition. The Walk is a joint effort of WFP and its corporate partners, led by TNT, Unilever, and DSM. Employees from these companies walk with WFP Goodwill Ambassadors, staff, and beneficiaries as well as government and NGO partners to show their solidarity in the fight against hunger and malnutrition.
Walk the World 2009 will be held on Sunday, June 7, 2009 in more than 80 countries. In the Philippines this would be held along Roxas Blvd. with assembly areas on KM 0 (Rizal Monument in Rizal Park) and PICC Grounds. The walk will converge on Rajah Sulayman Park (in front of Malate church) where a program is to be held. Note that this is not a race!

> Thank you Sir for the invite! Unfortunately I may be somewhere in the mountains of Cavite during those dates.
won’t there be any registration on the day of the event itself? Taguig is quite far from our place..
> Hi Che. It’s not certain if they’ll have an on-site registration.
Bratpack, The Travel Club, Columbia, Res-toe-Run, and Sanuk branches (meaning any branch in Manila) or will this be in Taguig city only for the registration forms?
> Visit http://www.isanghakbang.com/ for the updated registration process as some stores were dropped.
Hi,
I called The Travel Club head office, they advised me that the registration is at ROX only. Do you have list of branches that accepts registration?
Can I ask for the copy of registration form to be sent on my e-mail? We may just fill out the form and ask someone to submit the form for us so we can save time.
By the way, I cannot find your contact # on your website. I hope to receive that also.
Thanks,
ynkram
> I’m sorry but I don’t have a list, these branches were just mentioned on their website. I can only affirm ROX as a registration center. You may also visit http://www.isanghakbang.com/ for an updated list of contact persons/numbers and registration details.
Thank you to all that supported this event! Special thanks to the 21 people I managed to “recruit” for this event. Your help would go a long way.
