Last Sunday, February 20, 2011, Rogin-E Last Man Running was held in McKinley Hill which was definitely a first of its kind race in the Philippines. It combined the endurance requirement of an ultramarathon but at the same time speed as with much shorter races. It was a really challenging event that I would’ve loved to join in, but fate had other plans.

Thank you for your overwhelming response to and support of the first leg of the Runrio Trilogy 2011 – Unilab’s Run United 1. For everybody’s guidance, here is the updated registration status per category:
Human trafficking, according to Wikipedia, is “the illegal trade in human beings for the purposes of commercial sexual exploitation or forced labor, a modern-day form of slavery.”
This race aims to raise awareness of human trafficking in the Philippines, and at the same time benefit both the Visayan Forum Foundation, Inc. and the educational programs and services of Zonta Makati Ayala.
This year’s installment of the Condura Skyway Marathon could arguably be considered as the best one yet, but there were still some things that could’ve gone better.
