Cebu Lechon Chronicles: Historic Tour

For my last day in Cebu it was a must for me to revisit the sites I wasn’t able to visit the last time I was here, and the first one on top of my head was of the Basilica Minore del Santo Niño.  Since the location is in the vicinity of historic sites, a historic tour it is for my last day in Cebu.

Dried Mango Chronicles: Post-Marathon Food Trip (Zubu Chon, Yogo, and Casa Verde)

One of the best feelings after doing a marathon is “guilt-free” eating!  After burning thousands of calories, you practically have the right to eat anything you want, and given this fact and we were in Cebu, one of the best ways to get back those lost calories is with Cebu’s famous Zubu Chon Lechon!

Dried Mango Chronicles: Kublai Khan and the Day before Cebu City Marathon

One of my most eagerly awaited event to jumpstart my year has arrived, the Cebu City Marathon.  Flying in on a Saturday afternoon gave me just enough time to claim my kit, do my last grocery shopping, and eat all I can—wait, uhm, yeah, eat all I can!

Departing from NAIA Terminal 3: We used the sky bridge which led us down to a bus: “Riding a bus. More fun in the Philippines.”
