I seldom do blog posts about event launches (since my intention is to focus on the event itself, not the launch) but every so often an event launch comes along worthy of one, and that “one” being the recent launch of this year’s second leg of Run United.

It’s been quite a while since I last joined a night race so I’m quite excited with the upcoming Energizer Night Race Manila 2013 on May 04, 2013. Here are the event particulars:
The second leg of the 2013 Run United Trilogy will be held on June 02, 2013 at the SM Mall of Asia grounds for the benefit of Gawad Kalinga and Children’s Hour. Here are more details about this event:

Unilab Active Health and RunRio recently launched the Run United RunRio Trilogy for 2013 which I could only describe as a “level up” from the previous years. Here are the details about the Trilogy and the first leg.

The Run United Trilogy were really meant as training grounds for those aiming to run longer distances, but this year the trilogy went even further by staging their own “holy grail” of running events, forty two kilometers and a hundred ninety five meters of road—a full marathon!
